    General

    Aman has extensive years of experience in many international NGOs since he has worked as Team Leader, Adviser, Manager, Specialist, Expert, etc. in Bangladesh, Yemen, Djibouti, Oman and Ethiopia. He worked under JICA, World Bank, UNICEF, UNFPA, Save the Children, UNDP, IPPF-UK, DANIDA, and IFAD for NGOs and Government Ministries/Institutions. He has participated as well as organized several national and international training/workshops/seminars relevant to his career paths.

     

    Out of 26 years of experience, he has more than 16 year’s relevant experience including 7 years in a management position. Throughout his M & E experience, he has developed Evaluation Frameworks, MEAL Plans and supporting tools and implemented them with the required qualities according to the organizations’ standards. For conducting different evaluations, he conducted baseline, midterm and final evaluations. He also designed different online performance monitoring systems to track project progress against the targets. For the systems, He reviewed the monitoring and evaluation system regularly, and systematically developed digital data collection tools and management systems. He authored many informative and summative evaluation, assessment and performance evaluation reports. Moreover, He shared/presented research, evaluation findings, lessons learned and best practices with relevant stakeholders (implementing partners, development partners, government and other concerned e.g. Mayors).

    Aman participated in the review and evaluation processes for several audits and examinations in accordance with the quality standard and the instructions and requirements of international accounting companies.
